Every new restaurant, bar and café leaves a public trail long before it opens. All of the information on Coming Soon Project is publicly available. We find it, piece it together and show you where each project stands.
Everything we show comes from publicly available information: the kind anyone could look up, if they knew where to look and had time to read thousands of new filings every day. We do that work for you. We gather it daily, match every record to one place per address, and keep each project’s timeline current from the first filing to opening day.
Each step is something that happened in public: plans or permits filed, a business registered, a liquor license applied for or issued, construction signed off, an inspection, or a change of owner. When we confirm a place is open ourselves, its timeline says “Verified.”
