These terms apply to your use of comingsoonproject.com, run by Coming Soon Project. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is
Coming Soon Project tracks new restaurants, bars and cafés, and changes like new owners and closings, using publicly available information. Listings are for general information only.
Accuracy
- We work to keep listings accurate, but public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and plans change. We don’t guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current.
- Opening dates marked “planned” or “registered” come from the business and can change.
- “Verified” means our own check found a place open or closed at that time. Its status can change afterward.
- A listing doesn’t mean a business asked to be listed, or that we endorse it.
- Please confirm details with the business before relying on them, for example before you visit.
Corrections and removal
If you own or run a business we list and something is wrong, email hello@comingsoonproject.com with the page link and the correction. We review every request and fix verified errors promptly.
Our content
The site’s design, text and timelines, and the way we compile and present information, belong to Coming Soon Project. You’re welcome to share links to any page and to quote short excerpts with a link back. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk or republish our listings or data, or use automated tools to access the site (other than standard search engine indexing), without our written permission.
Names and logos
Business names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the businesses we write about, and showing them doesn’t imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those businesses.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
