The Friday Drop

Every Friday: what was filed near you this week, what opened, and what’s closing.

Free, every Friday. Add your ZIP and we’ll lead with what’s near you.

How we know

Every opening leaves a paper trail. We match permits, licenses and inspections to one place per address and show where each project stands.

  • Confirmedtwo matching records, or a news report
  • Filedone official record
  • Spotted 90 days before openinghow early the first filing came

Everything here is built from publicly available information. Business names only; home addresses and personal names are never shown. Logos belong to their owners. Dates marked “registered” come from the business and can change. Spot a mistake? Send a correction · How it works
