The Friday Drop

Every Friday: what was filed near you this week, what opened, and what’s closing.

Free, every Friday: the newest projects near your ZIP. More ZIPs and daily alerts come with Pro.

How we know

Every opening leaves a paper trail. We match permits, licenses and inspections to one place per address and show where each project stands.
